New Altice Labs’ Employees

As part of its Onboarding strategy in times of pandemic, Altice Labs held, on the 30th of April, another virtual tour to its facilities.

All new employees and interns who joined the company in the first quarter were challenged to get to know some of the most emblematic places of the company, guided by representatives of each area.

This tour also included a testimonial from those who have already been through this phase recently, as was the case of Sara Furão, from the Network and Platform Services department, who gave several tips and her perspective on how to make the most of being part of this great team. This is one of the phases that allows the integration of new human resources, immediately after their entry, and this one in particular had an evaluation of 4.7 on a scale of 5. The Future Labs and the Museum were the points of passage that collected more interest/satisfaction (4.8).

New Employees from Service Provider Companies

On the 17th of June, it was the turn of 12 new employees from service providing companies to have the opportunity of virtually knowing some of the spaces in Altice Labs in Aveiro and also some of the projects that is being worked on.

The tour included a brief overview of the various departments, such as: Strategy, Innovation and Technology; Network Systems Development; Operations Support System; Network and Platform Services and Digital, Internet and Television, culminating with a visit to the Museum, Future Labs and Tecnocet.

There were two hours of an informal welcome in which an invitation was made to make a physical tour to some spaces, so that those who are more interested can see in more detail and even participate in some project, or develop an idea.

The virtual tours will continue so that we can share the knowledge and the spirit of Altice Labs to all the people who are developing projects together, in the current context of the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic.

This visit obtained a satisfaction rating of 4.11 on a scale of 5.
