A team from the Networks and Platforms Services department of Altice Labs was at the Dominican Republic, to hold a training session for Altice Domincana (ADO) as part of the Active Campaign Manager (ACM) delivery. In addition, the acceptance phase of the ACM product was initiated in the operator context.

This ACM delivery project phase took place from the 22nd April to the 10th May, focusing on an overview of the solution, technical catalog and also the acceptance tests to ensure product conformity and project context.

Several ADO teams, from different areas, such as marketing, quality testing and operation were present in the training. This phase is critical to the success of the project, as it allows the different teams to have a first contact with the new solution, closely monitored by the Altice Labs team in person. The feedback received was quite positive.

The goal of this project is to instantiate the ACM in ADO, to carry out campaigns in real time for customers, in a very personalized way, with a high return for the operator, increasing  customer satisfaction with a more directed and individualized marketing.
