As part of the open innovation strategy of relationship and collaboration with national startups, under the ENTER program, led by Altice Labs, the partnership between PT Empresas and Monday was recently concluded. This Portuguese startup has developed Junbi, an innovative product for event management.

As part of this partnership, the startup solution will ensure the entire process of invitation management and attendance control at PT Empresas events. Supported by a virtual platform, it allows the centralization, integration and simplification of all operations – from the creation of the form in which event attendees can register, to the reception and control of the registrations, to the automatic check-in process at the event made with QR Code, as well as the management of various interactions with participants, and finally, after the event, access to various indicators and statistics.

It is a very simple solution to use, with flexibility to adapt to different needs and types of events. The use of this fully digital solution will simplify procedures, optimize resources, centralize information and ensure high security throughout the operational component, as well as provide event participants with a very positive user experience. At the same time, it helps to promote an image of technological sophistication and efficiency in the management of events with our clients, partners and guests.

Altice Labs has been developing a number of initiatives to promote and encourage entrepreneurship and the development of innovative startups, in particular through the ENTER program.

This partnership is a result of this dynamic of encouragement and support for entrepreneurship, which provides the acceleration of startups and the expansion of the portfolio of innovative products and services of Altice Portugal, creating value partnerships that contribute to the competitiveness of national companies.
