Responding to an invitation from IADE – European University, for the second consecutive year, the Usability and User eXperience team from Altice Labs conducted a workshop aimed at students of the Interaction Design Master degree.
As part of the so-called IxD Seminars, the workshop entitled “UX Methodologies in a practical application context” was held at the university’s facilities and open to the community in general.
In addition to the methodologies underlying Contextual Design, Icon Sorting, Expert Review and Usability Tests, practical exercises were held to create awareness amongst the audience to the particularities of Altice Labs’ systems interfaces specification and to the specific needs of its users .
The workshop was punctuated by the curiosity shown by students on how to apply the academic knowledge in the industry, ending with an invitation to conduct a new edition of the workshop.
