On te 1st and 6th March, Altice Labs received, on a visit to its facilities, the Basic and Secondary Schools of Calheta and Beira Aguieira-Penacova, respectively.
During these two visits, more than 40 students and teachers had the opportunity to know more about the history of the company and also its mission as the engine of innovation and technological coordination of the Altice Group.
During the visit, it was possible to visit the latest Future Labs space, as well as reference laboratories in the area of optics, testing and approvals and climatic tests.
The students also attended a demonstration in the areas of IoT – Internet of Things and SmartAL – e-Care Services (monitoring of vital signs using the MEO service as a support).
These school visits have been instrumental in showing the school community how Altice Labs creates, develops, tests and produces technological solutions for the national and international market, promoting national know-how.
