ArQoS delivery for Outremer Telecom (OMT) ended successfully and went into production on the 21st November.

The system allows OMT to monitor the quality of its services in order to optimize the investment, reduce operational costs and improve its Customers’ experience.

Fixed probes were installed in two islands where OMT operates – Martinica and Guadalupe – and mobile probes were installed on OMT’s service vehicles, which allow to use the system in both fixed and mobile usage scenarios.

The management system was installed remotely at the Paris datacenter, while the training was provided locally at OMT’s premises in Fort-de-France, in Martinica, as well as its acceptance support.

OMT considers that ArQoS responds to its needs and regards it as an appropriate tool for its strategy to increase the service performance and reduce testing costs necessary to its mobile network.
