Roles and responsibilities
We are looking for software engineers, to integrate our software development teams of our software products in the OSS Assurance domain available over several clients worldwide and runtime environments (private/public/hybrid clouds).
This is an open position to integrate Altice Labs with a leading technical role for a development team in the OSS Assurance and Security division.
- Lead a Java software development team, contributing to the evolution of components, products, and platforms.
- Contribute in the design and architecture of the product
- Manage and mentor other developers
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in technology, best practices and methodologies
- Develop software components aligned with the organization’s technologies and practices.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
- Be an active player in the design of technical solutions.
- Prepare technical/descriptive documentation of the implemented solutions.
- Be an active element within the team, participating in the various organizational processes and continuous improvement.
Mandatory Job Skills
- BSc/MSc Engineer degree
- 3+ years of experience in leadership/Technical team management
- Strong working competency in English.
- Team player. Spirit for sharing, helping and contributing to the team’s continuous improvement processes.
- Good communication skills
Other preferred Skills for the Job
