Recharge Incentive: Amount
Goal
This campaign intends to encourage users to increase the recharge amount. Typically it is targeted to users with low amount but high frequency recharging habits.
How
Suggesting a recharge with a minimum value per customer, at the best moment for that customer.
Scenario
The campaign trigger is the moment when the customer’s balance reaches an amount lower that his historic “average balance before recharging”. This amount is an ACM KPI that is know by the ACM for every customer.
Trigger
Customer balance < Customer average balance before recharging.
When this condition is met, ACM sends a SMS with a recharge incentive. The SMS will invite the customer to recharge an amount 50% higher his own “average recharge amount”. This amount is also an ACM KPI know for every customer.
Notification
Recharge with <Customer average recharge amount + 50%> within 2 days.
A bonus is awarded if the customer answers positively to the incentive (within the suggested time-frame).
