Software validation, including manual and automatic tests developed by itself

Context

Embedded software development is constantly evolving due to market demands/ technology challenges, particularly regarding to product's quality and reduced time-to-market. In this way, test automation is a fundamental task, since it allows to address the quality and time aspects, among others, being also a very complex task.

Project objectives

This project aims to develop software for test automation (within Altice Labs framework) in the Connectivity Systems Development area, which allows to increase test coverage and also increase resilience to system configuration changes. The person will participate in the entire development cycle, from requirements specification to test automation and acceptance tests, with the client.

Key skills required

• Ruby.
• Cucumber.
• Jenkins.
• Knowledge in Linux.
