Context
Definition of the physical architecture to support a NoSQL database cluster providing high availability to the application and with high tolerance to failures in case of abrupt crash of the hardware.
Project objectives
Defining strategies and implementing solutions based in NoSQL databases providing:
- High-availability mechanisms and identification of failure scenarios providing procedures than ensures minimal system's downtime.
- Mechanisms to ensure data consistency with support for multiple operations within a transaction.
- Solution Scalability with identification of sharding mechanisms or cluster.
- Geolocation and ubiquity to access data globally.
- Procedures in case of relocation of the database, data migration between geographical locations.
Key skills required
NoSQL databases: MongoDB, ElasticSearch, Redis.
