In a highly competitive business, with increasingly smaller margins and a real threat scenario of OTT (Over The Top) dominated by global giants, telecom operators have the necessity of offering a good quality of service. Service quality concerns have evolved from a Quality of Service (QoS) domain for a Quality of Experience (QoE) domain. Know how customers experienced the services of the operator by controlling precisely "how," "when" and "where" is a challenge for today's management systems, introducing new monitoring paradigm of customer activity with the network/operator. A complete management ensuring that all customer points of contact with the operator are monitored in order to maintain high quality standards gave birth to a new discipline currently very considered in all operators - Customer Experience Management (CEM). This strand customer experience in services provided in mobility scenarios, has an extraordinary importance and location, as precise as possible, the place where the services are consumed is a key factor in the context of customer experience.
With this project, we intend to create dynamic mechanisms for visualizing georeferenced information, in order to enhance and complement currently existing analyses, and simplify existing processes. It is also an objective to study and propose new and alternative visualizations for georeferenced indicators in the context of the Altaia product domain.
