Development of software components to be included in a network termination system commonly known as ONT.
Development of network termination systems based on new access technologies, supported in optic fiber topology on passive optical networks (PON), and known as NG-PON2 / XGS-PON (ITU). It is necessary a constant search for knowledge about new technologies and architectures as well as the technologies already stable. Deepening knowledge in PON networks is one of the main goals, to allow the software development on the customer terminal equipment, designated as ONT, with the goal of providing services to residential, business customers and links to "base station" mobile network in different variants of this product.
