Know how customers experienced the services of the operator by controlling precisely "how," "when" and "where" is a challenge for today's management systems, introducing new monitoring paradigm of customer activity with the network/operator. A complete management ensuring that all customer points of contact with the operator are monitored in order to maintain high quality standards gave birth to a new discipline currently very considered in all operators - Customer Experience Management (CEM). This strand customer experience in services provided in mobility scenarios, has an extraordinary importance and location, as precise as possible, the place where the services are consumed is a key factor in the context of customer experience.
It is intended to implement an efficient and accurate geolocation algorithm that calculates the customer location in real time, to support Customer Experience Management processes in Altaia CQM module. By those results and using the real time analytics and some big data techniques, is intended to understand the behaviour of services and the georeferenced with the opposition of obtained results by the counters and metrics available by the mobile network vendors already available in Altaia.
