Advanced Business Communications (ABC) is a product out of Altice Labs’ portfolio. ABC platform allows fixed, mobile and converged operators to deliver voice/SMS VPN and advanced enterprise-class PBX voice features on today's handsets, supporting a business model that enables the service provider the possibility to offer hosted services with full back-office integration and is aimed at the business segment (B2B).
The main objectives of this professional internship is to develop, test and deploy new ABC features such as VoWiFi, VoLTE, ACD/Call Center Capabilities, Queuing, Distinctive Ringing, etc, according to its roadmap.
